Job Title: Program Manager- Disaster Recovery Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Videos Visa Type: USC/GC Need Local or Nearby Only Job Description:- Key Responsibilities: Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans, including risk assessments, continuity strategies, and response procedures. Risk Assessment: Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments to evaluate their impact on business operations. Disaster Recovery Testing: Plan, execute, and evaluate regular disaster recovery exercises to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans and make necessary adjustments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning including: o Experience in coordinating and leading disaster recovery exercises and response efforts. o Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining comprehensive disaster recovery plans. o Strong knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies, tools, and technologies. 7+ years of project management experience, may be inclusive of the above.
