Should be able to work on functional specifications and UAT documentation Should have experience in agile methodology. This may involve recommending modules, features, and configurations System Configuration : SPRO Configuration for SAP CRM system to meet the client's requirements, including integration configs for sales, marketing, service, returns, complaints and customer interaction processes. Data Migration : Plan and oversee the migration of customer data and other relevant information into SAP CRM systems. Customization : Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements within SAP CRM, often using SAP's development tools, such as SAP CRM Web UI and AET tool to enhance the SAP screens.
