We have an Urgent Requirement For Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: Long Term Client: TCS Requirement: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Marketing Cloud and Pardot out-of-the-box configurations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation of automated journeys using Journey Builder, utilizing Audience Builder configuration where appropriate. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports and B2B Marketing Analytics, providing recommendations to the business. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture and best practices is essential. Responsibilities: Configure and implement Pardot, including data migration and integration with Salesforce. Utilize Journey Builder for the creation of automated journeys. Implement Audience Builder configuration as needed. Analyze campaign activity using Pardot reports and B2B Marketing Analytics. Stay updated on business, industry, technical, and customer strategies. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM, analytics, and external databases. Conduct user training and promote user adoption of Pardot. Utilize Sales Cloud knowledge to set up features like Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder. Skills & Experience: Experience in Pardot implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector. Must be a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin and Pardot Specialist. High degree of self-motivation with the ability to work within tight deadlines and manage demanding stakeholders. Effective time management skills and attention to detail in code creation and testing. Ability to take responsibility for managing personal workload and ensuring accurate and up-to-date process knowledge. Beneficial to have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
