From: Karun, RLI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: SAP Service Delivery Lead Location: Raleigh, NC (Day 1 onsite) Duration: Long term contract JD:: Effectively combines the roles of a portfolio manager (identifying and prioritizing Premium Engagement Services with customers), and service delivery manager (ensuring Premium Engagement Services are delivered as contracted). 10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Lead/Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLAs End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with AMS projects. Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology. Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team, Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts. Previous experience of working as an SAP Functional (SAP SCM) is mandatory. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism. Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required.
