Strong knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, and networking protocols. Specifically PAN, Cisco, SDWAN, IOS and/or Fortinet Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and VMware ESXi. Experience with virtualization technologies Familiarity with data center management tools and monitoring systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
