Responsibilities: Application support for Visual Factory MES & Ignition SCADA on manufacturing shop floor Problem Management through Root Cause Analysis & Problem Remediation Application operations & monitoring through adaptive maintenance, patch management & version upgrades Incident Management through functional & user support, integration support, 3rd party & OEM coordination Continuous improvement of incidents through Known Errors Database & Aided Resolution Conditionate with Offshore team for application enhancements as per requirement Good to have ERP domain & integration knowledge with manufacturing applications Note: We will train them. If candidate have any one skills hands on experience However candidate should have hands on experience on Visual Factory MES OR Ignition SCADA.
