The successful candidate will lead multiple projects and sub-projects under the Directory Services Modernization initiative. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to deliver state-of-the-art IT solutions in support of our organization's objectives. Please share me only / Profiles ( Contract) Role: Active Directory Migrations Project Manager Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Remote work may be considered) Technical/Functional Skills Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience managing Enterprise projects, ensuring compliance with standards/procedures. Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign/improvement. Proficiency in Risk Management techniques and mitigation planning. Experience managing Active Directory enhancements and familiarity with Directory Services (AD/AAD/LDAP/SAML/ADFS). Past experience with Active Directory Consolidation Projects using Quest, Binary Tree, ADMS, ADMT is preferred. Experience with business workflow processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is a plus.
