Oversees project budgets and schedules. Manage day-to-day aspects of project scope. Minimizes project risk. Creates and manages project work plans and work breakdown structures. Standard on premise. No infrastructure/networking or telecom. 3 in team to make decisions. One of the decision makers working closely with this PM. Must be able to work a flex schedule. Working with system integrator on this project. Experience with vendor management Nice to have. Would prefer PMP or something similar. SCRUM certification doesn t do much. Project Planning Team Management Requirements Gathering Budget and Resource Management Risk Management Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Quality Assurance Change Management Documentation Post-Implementation Review Responsibilities: Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to escalation channel Financial tracking for the project Experience with SAP SAC implementations MUST Required Skills Ten or more years of project management experience, with at least 5 years of application related deployments Who has managed recent projects, Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Proven success working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong executive communication skills Experience managing large IT projects Excellent presentation skills Preferred or "nice to have" skills Experience managing projects that deploy finance applications Professional certification such as PMP Delivered applications to internal business users Experience working with business users as well as IT resources Skills not interested in No infrastructure PMs Thanks & Regards Laxmivijay US IT Technical Recruiter.
