Experience of working with qualified Health Plans, and various segments/LoBs, Group level Product and benefit plans. Defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design, and technical design for complex business issues within their domain areas. Knowledge of Benefits1 Simplify Healthcare and other cloud-based systems (Highroads, PEGA, Salesforce, etc.), Queries, and SQL. Knowledge of working on Facets is a must Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural issues to the business and IT. Proactive and independent worker with a team mindset, collaborates well with others, and has an open mind to change. Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural issues to the business and IT. Analyze and develop solutions and applicable business processes for business systems while identifying and quantifying the business impact of those solutions to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and customer service, including the resolution of large, complex production system problems. Provide systems analysis expertise and regularly considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
