Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of Cloud based enterprise applications for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements. Assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications. Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation. Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies. Lead client facing meetings. Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories Must have: Buying and Invoicing iValua certification required.
