Experience of managing change in complex environment Extensive experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity, business critical and large cross-functional team spanning multiple regions and functions. Ability to network and influence others and work with senior stakeholders. Highly articulate and a persuasive communicator Presentation and communication skills, managing senior (MD Level) stakeholders. Solid understanding of cyber, cryptography and infrastructure-related projects Collaborative style with ability to quickly build trust and credibility. Good Financial industry knowledge, experience of working with Risk, Finance and Treasury functions. Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: Solid knowledge of project management methodologies A knowledge of both agile and traditional project delivery methods Use of Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., HP PPM, Clarity, Planview etc) Adept at using MS Suite (including MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint) advanced skills. Professional recognized Project/Programme management qualification or previous relevant experience Strong analysis skills Ability to work within a regulated and controlled environment. A strong advocate and practitioner of Diversity and Inclusivity.
