Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday consultant, architect, or similar role, with a focus on solution design, implementation, and optimization. Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing Workday solutions for medium to large enterprises across multiple industries. Deep understanding of Workday functionality, configuration options, integrations, and data migration strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. Experience working in a consulting environment, managing client relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
