You will lead a team of talented individuals and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that our Power BI projects align with business objectives and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, SSAS, SSRS, and Data Warehousing, along with proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management. Required Skills: Experience leading a team, managing stakeholders. (must have in resume that what is the size of team handled and Stake holder Management) Candidate must have both technical and stakeholder management expertise to qualify. Experience in designing and implementing Power BI solutions in enterprise environments. Proven track record of leading teams and managing stakeholders in complex projects. Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization development. Proficiency in SQL, SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and Data Warehousing concepts . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus. Microsoft certifications in Power BI or related technologies are highly desirable. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
