They are moving from Legacy system to Genesys. Prior experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) projects and utility background is must Experience in Agile is also a must have . Nice to Have- Genesys Platform experience. Responsibilities Responsible for developing and implementing a change management plan that outlines the process for managing changes, including communication, training, and support for stakeholders. Identifying and engaging with stakeholders who will be impacted by changes and developing strategies to help them understand and support the changes. Developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively communicate changes to stakeholders. Leads the training and support to help stakeholders adapt to changes in business processes, technologies, or organizational structures.
