Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of code delivered by the development team. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems. Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are required. Salesforce Certified Application Architect is a plus.
