OVERVIEW The SAP Lead SAC Consultant is responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop an integrated SAC solution to support business processes and project deliverables with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency Provide guidance and support to other IT staff members, including developers, administrators, and analysts. Stay up-to-date with new SAP technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption. Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that the SAP SAC environment is integrated with other systems and applications in the organization. Analyze existing SAP BI reporting solutions for improvements and help develop BI strategies for our clients QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP Analytics solution design and implementation. Minimum of 2 full lifecycle S/4 Migration experience (ECC to S/4 HANA Migration) Experience in the Brownfield Migration approach Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Experience in SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP, Agile, and Waterfall. 10+ years of experience required in managing SAP Analytical/Reporting work streams for large complex legacy systems for various industry sectors Experience with at least 2 full implementations of Planning, Forecasting BI, and Predictive Analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud. Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning areas. Experience with governance, controls, processes and procedures, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management Design, build, and test application data transfer/integration process using SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) Experience with designing and building SAC planning, forecasting, forecast adjustments, and integrating generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs Experience with performing initial setup, prototype, and Single Sign-on configuration and testing Support development teams to design/build / test solutions Experience with SAC integration with SAP and non-SAP systems Build SAC models using live data connections and design extendable solutions utilizing back-end HANA models. Articulate the requirements for the SAC models to the backend developers. Develop SAC reports using standard and custom charts/visualization. Architectural, technical, and application knowledge expertise of SAC. Knowledge of business content, best practices, and market trends to enhance reporting and analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT staff, and vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in leading and managing technical teams. SAP certification is a plus.
