Duration :- 6-9+ months REMOTE/Travel on needed basis only ROLE DESCRIPTION Architecting, designing and helping build successful implementations of SAP S4 aATP (Advanced Available-to-promise) in customer organizations. Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to help grow the Services Business around APO in line with Organizational strategy and goals Mentoring Junior Supply Chain Planning Team members within the Organization Drive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP S4 aATP Ability to devise and lead GoTo Market strategies for S4 aATP to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecone S4 Advanced Planning footprint globally QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 12 plus years of Supply Chain Planning experience, at least 7 years in SAP APO Supply Planning Knowledge of AATP with APO and S4 with at least 3 years in S4 AATP At least 2 end to end S4 AATP and APO GATP implementations not including rollouts SAP certification would be an added advantage PROCESS KNOWLEDGE Deep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning, familiarity or expertise with SCOR model is preferred, technology agnostic Expertise in at least 2 industries e.g. CPG, Chemical, discrete, Life Sciences etc TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP APO with expertise in at least 2 modules across DP, SNP, PPDS or GATP Deep knowledge and experience in end to end APO and S4 AATP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams. Ability to architect an end to end solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within APO as well as of APO with S4 and ECC ERP systems Good understanding of SAP SD functionalities and ECC master data. Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations Ability to conduct User Acceptance testing and Business user training sessions VALUE CREATION Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for S4 Advanced Planning to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones S4 Advanced Planning footprint globally Build Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve SOFT SKILLS Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior APO team members Keywords: sfour information technology golang South Dakota |
