Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead C# .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, along with expertise in T-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As the Lead Developer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality code standards. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, and reverse engineering techniques is essential for this role. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C#/.NET technologies. Strong proficiency in C#, T-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB, including database design, optimization, and query tuning. Familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies is a plus. Experience in reverse engineering legacy systems and documenting system architectures. Good experience on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
