Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using Userzoom or similar tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions. Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency with Figma including auto layout is a plus. Experience with enterprise, B2B, SAAS is a plus.
