We need a Project Manager with: 7+ experience as a Project Manager (preferably managing supply chain/logistics projects) PMP cert Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) Based within 50miles of Baltimore (21230) impactful projects in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment among stakeholders on project scope, budget, resource allocation, milestone management, and risk mitigation. Spearhead change management and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle. Regularly report project status and communicate with internal and external teams, including company executives. Coordinate and manage activities across multiple cross-functional teams, identifying and proactively managing dependencies. Escalate issues impacting delivery timelines and collaborate with teams to support project execution. Manage third-party vendor contributions across various Global Technology workstreams. Foster transparent communication with Global Technology and Business Unit partners to clarify dependencies and ensure overall alignment. Collaborate with the Technology Management and Operations team to innovate project management strategies for more effective project delivery and continuous improvement. Education and/or Experience: Professional PMP certification. Experience with Microsoft Products and data migration. Experience managing projects in matrixed environments and implementing third-party solutions. 7+ years of work experience in dynamic operating environments, with a focus on operational and/or technical project management roles. Proficiency in project management techniques and tools/software. Demonstrable experience in utilizing project governance frameworks to ensure alignment with best practices while achieving project delivery and business outcomes.
