Implement and fine-tune neural network architectures, with a focus on transformer-based models such as BERT, GPT, T5, and Llama. Deploy trained models in production environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on improvements to maintain and enhance model effectiveness. Qualifications: Demonstrated hands on experience and a deep understanding in Data Science, Generative AI, and Engineering, with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Hands-on experience with transformer-based models, including but not limited to BERT, GPT, T5, and Llama. Solid understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS) and distributed computing for scalable model deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and communication with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience of having being in different technical scenarios with different clients across geographies and industries and having grown through the ranks as a ML developer / lead.
