Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] Position : Oracle EBS EAM consultant Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Visa Restrictions : Green card or Citizen Required Job Description : In depth knowledge and experience of Oracle Business Suite R12 within the following modules: EAM, Inventory, Quality etc Technical experience on PLSQL, queries etc to support production support tickets / queries. Knowledge of ITIL framework working in Development and Support Possess good experience in Agile or Scrum Methodologies Experience Required Hands on R12 Functional & Implementation Experience with the following module - EAM, Inventory, Quality etc Around 8 plus years of production support experience of Oracle Apps R12.2.x EAM / SCM modules like INV, Quality etc Must have completed at least 3 full life cycle Oracle EAM as a Functional Lead or Functional Solution Architect; in R12 environment. Configuration & implementation experience of EAM , PO, INV, Quality modules Good Customer management skills, Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Responsibilities Support tickets, queries, service requests and incidents in production /development environment within the stipulated SLAs Applications configuration, testing, research, and troubleshooting, documenting work-around solutions, updating configuration documentation, as necessary. Co-ordinate with OEM for timely resolution of open issues, bugs etc through SRs / established procedures Support integration aspects with all third-party application. work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs, and with Oracle support and external implementation team. Create deployment documents and support production deployment.
