Responsible for troubleshooting for LAN/WAN/Wireless/Load Balancer alerts and issues. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, Wireless LAN Controller, load balancers, VPN, QoS). Software upgradation of network device installed at Data Center and remote sites. Manage all network systems to meet Client current and future requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Stay informed about the latest advancements and recommend technology upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and incidents. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience with Cisco Router, Switch, Cisco SDWAN, WLC & F5 and NetScaler Load Balancer technologies. In-depth knowledge of Data Center Networking and various Cisco components (Nexus Switch 3k, 5k,7k and 9k Series, ACI and APIC). Experience with Cisco SDWAN (Controllers and WAN Edge Routers) Experience with Routing protocols such as OSPF & BGP. Configuring/troubleshooting Wireless Cisco WLC. Configuring/troubleshooting of F5 and NetScaler load balancers. Experience with Cisco DNAC network management tool. Understanding of security best practices and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. CCNP and/or CCNA certification preferred but not required. Workload distributed over 7 months.
