Work closely with merchandising, marketing, creative and technical teams to understand business needs and goals, refine strategy, features, and content. 7. Demonstrates a strong understanding of interactive technologies of QRG platforms (Web, Mobile, Interactive Television, Desk top Applications, etc) 8. Capable of managing UX projects that meet business needs, timelines, scope and deliverables. 9. Present, Communicate and Defend user centered design principles to maintain a quality design solution in a mature, cooperative and productive manner. 10. Provide and lead UX design solution deliverables that define content organization, interaction and navigation flow. 11. Demonstrate Leadership Competencies that effectively engage the team, lead with agility, deliver results. 12. Effectively manages time to support a primary project 13. Raise up experience concerns that could impact the customer or business if not addressed adequately 14. Lead small teams constructively to solve design problems and engage them positively 15.
