Description: Engagement description: Technical PO support for ECP to build the Common Quality Data base (CQDB). CQDB is a system of record which will house all clinical data needed for consumers such as Quality and Stars to consume. Some skills that work best with this client: Some knowledge of internal UHC system and data sources: i.e Facets, COSMOS, Galaxy Understanding of HEDIS/STARS and how it impacts the health care organization to understand overall vision and purpose of CQDB Agile/Rally creating and maintaining user stories Working with offshore so someone who is EST would work best Responsibilities: Work with Architect, Technical and Business Leads to understand and define the use case and requirements Document the requirements as features and user stories in rally Maintain and refine the stories and updates in the tool Organize and prioritize the work for the engineering team Collab with engineering team and accept stories. Act as an agile lead by facilitating and host daily scrum, refinement, Lead sprint planning & participate in scrum of scrum and product owner forums Create and maintain the roadmap.
