Proficiency with relational databases and SQL Experience writing unit tests. Experience with code version control systems (such as Git, SVN, TFVC) and branching strategies. Understanding of software development patterns and coding best practices Experience delivering software projects as part of a Scrum/Agile team. Ability to lead and coach team members through technical implementation. Additional Requirements: 2+ years experience with React JavaScript library. 2+ years experience developing with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Experience using Git-based source code management, and Gitflow or similar branching model. Experience creating CI/CD build and deploy pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps Experience with agile software project tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira Understanding of data privacy and security principles and how they apply to insurance digital systems and solutions. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
