| From: abhishek, svtcit [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job role : QE or SDET Must have - Retail exp - Only W2 Duration: 6-9 Months CTH Location: Hybrid (NY or Pittsburgh PA) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field) OR relevant Certification or equivalent experience) Lead Quality teams and managed complex IT projects 8+ years of experience in Software QE/Test role Experience with Agile software development methodology and knowledge of retail systems Experience in bug tracking systems is required. Jira and other confluence tools experience are necessary. Knowledge of APIs including calling SOAP and REST endpoints using JSON and XML Data Experience using Java, Springboot and Javascript for software development or automation Basic expertise in writing and executing SQL queries is a plus Knowledge of modern tech concepts: Microservices, Cloud Native apps, Kubernetes or equivalent Knowledge on any CI/CD tool like Jenkins or Bamboo Experience in any test management tool is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to be a critical thinker in order to solve problems Work on cloud based modern technologies that we are building in house for Point of Sale system Nice to have: Hands-on experience on Selenium and any BDD automation framework model like Jbehave or Cucumber.
