Job Title: BP Sr.Developer Client: Cognizant Location: Waukegan, IL Hybrid Duration: Contract JOB SUMMARY Technical/Functional Skills: Experience in architecting and designing automation solutions using Blue Prism tool. Experience required Must have 4+ year of Blue Prism experience (Blueprism Certified & Blueprism Infra Knowledge) Experience working in a continuous integration environment Working experience on Life Sciences Domain, good to have experience working on SLC deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: Understanding and reviewing the Process Operational Handbooks Deploying Blue Prism processes into Production environment. Schedule and run Blue Prism processes as per procedure defined in SIQs. Actively engage and drive Hypercare calls with business and development teams. Provide L3 support for the live processes for any failures and issue that are beyond the scope of L2 teams. Managing and allocating process workloads with optimal scheduling Problem solving of issues that could arise during a working day Communicate related unresolvable product issues to Blue Prism support and coordinate with IT teams for speedy recovery and resolutions. Analyze frequent failures and terminations, work with business and developers to stabilize the process Plan, participate in enterprise level changes to mitigate the impact to RPA. Setup and configure, maintain RPA infrastructure based on automation needs.
