Position : Business Analyst Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) Client: State of Ohio Department Dept. of TAX Duration of Contract 2 Months Statement of Work: The objective of this project is to upgrade the Agencys CAPPS application to a modern platform and evaluate whether using Microsoft Power Platform to modernize the outdated application within the Agency can achieve the following goals: Ensure technologies applied meet the architectural standard. Achieve business agility. Provide better experiences for business users; and Improve business operation efficiency. Microsoft Power Platform is a new technology platform for the Taxation Information Service Division and resources with the required skills are very limited. The Agency has many legacy business applications that must be enhanced and migrated to the new platform in order to provide more agile and higher performing solutions for the Agency business divisions. Summary of Project Scope: 1. Use Microsoft Power Platform. 2. Enable single sign-on. 3. Apply ODT UI template. 4. Build the following capabilities: a. Authorization management. b. Transaction Management. i. Transaction form with data validation. ii. Transaction approval; and iii. Transaction search c. Deposit Management: i. Deposit selection and processing; and ii. Deposit search. d. Ad-hoc Report Management. i. Active User Report. ii. Cash Report Summary. iii. Cash Receipt Reconciliation. iv. Cash Deposit Detail; and v. Cash Deposit Daily Summary. 5. Construct approval workflow. 6. Migrate history data. 7. Employee table integration. 8. Mesh with Microsoft Teams; and 9. Deploy within Microsoft Teams.
