Should be able to evaluate all possible options and recommend the best solution under given constraints. Should be hands-on to perform POCs, build starter application code, and help developers resolve issues and find the best optimal solutions. Should be able to evaluate different third-party tools and provide recommendations. Hands-on coding experience in Java and Python.
