Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them to technical specifications Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployments to ensure high-quality deliverables Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technical teams. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions. Requirements Extensive hands-on experience in full stack design and development, showcasing expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular & React and other Java, Python & JavaScript technologies. Proven ability to design, govern, and implement scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. In-depth knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices and tools for lifecycle management Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
