From: nagendra, Procorpsystems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Position: UI Tech Lead Location: New York, NY Client: Prolfics For the below role Customer is trying to build UI CoE (Center of excellence) and this is the resource they want to start with who can bring that technology leadership into looking broader across projects needs and design, implement the frameworks, components etc. We dont need people who have worked on these UI frameworks and collaborated with teams. we need is the one who has worked on evaluating the needs across projects and build re-usable frameworks, libraries, and components to drive the tech innovation in the team. Skills Required: - Bachelor' Degree in computer science - 10+ years of experience in Front-end / Web UI development, 3-4 years of experience in ReactJS & Redux - Proven experience as a UI Tech Lead with a strong hands-on approach in developing UI frameworks, libraries, and components using React and other relevant frameworks. - Ability to create standardized UI frameworks that can be reused across the organization. - Experience collaborating with users to gather UX feedback and providing suggestions on design patterns based on identified problems. - Strong knowledge of Web Development: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, Authentication mechanisms - Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Structures and Algorithms - Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn rapidly - Experience in performance tuning, code profiling, code review, hands on experience using Best Patterns and Practices - Experience with unit testing frameworks - Working knowledge of Unix / Linux. - working knowledge with version control systems, packaging frameworks and devops Nice to have - Working knowledge of Core Java - Working knowledge of relational databases (preferably SQL or DB2) - Agile Development Methodologies Keywords: user interface user experience New York |
