Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Scrum Master certified professional to join our team in San Jose, CA. As a Salesforce Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in our Agile development process, facilitating communication, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work. Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Salesforce development teams. Act as a servant leader, guiding the team on Agile principles and practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, prioritize backlog items, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Identify and resolve impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary. Track and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Coach team members on Agile methodologies, encouraging self-organization and accountability. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback. Requirements: Salesforce Scrum Master Certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in Salesforce development projects. Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with practical experience implementing Scrum or other Agile frameworks. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address challenges in a proactive and efficient manner. Experience working in a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to balance remote and on-site responsibilities.
