This position is in support of Plan of Record (POR) work the Telecommunication Global Network & Technology organization. This role you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and addressing RAN and core network performance problems; troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with new build and POR work. Physical Location: Hillsboro OR o In-Person/Onsite (hybrid shifts as determined by manager) Hours: Primary 8hr shift (Day/Night as needed Responsibilities: Work on multiple projects with different PM's and stakeholders. Support technology delivery within defined capital/delivery projects under the direction of Telecommunications Network Engineers and Project Managers. Execute engineering tasks according to plan and meet engineering goals and objectives. Able to support any/all capital project work for Pacific Northwest (WA/OR/AK/HI) Primarily a project based role, working on multiple projects with different PM's and stakeholders. Plan and execute network moves and changes including hardware installation, change management, and customer activation. Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant products and offerings. Assist in special projects with the ability to function in a highly dynamic environment. Required Technical Background and Expertise: 6 years of experience in an enterprise network environment Ability to function in a highly dynamic environment.
