Duration: 3 years (with opportunity for extension) Work-hour: 40 hours per week during the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Occasional extended hours may be necessary by mutual agreement, e.g. Working weekends, past normal business hours. Description: Has recently installed a modernized retirement benefit administration program. The implemented platform is an Oracle PeopleSoft solution. requires individual(s) with PeopleSoft Administrator skills to work with our in-house PeopleSoft Administration team to support the unit in PeopleSoft Administration. Mandatory Requirements: Seven or more years of experience, in PeopleSoft 9.x or higher, performing System Administration in at least one of the following PeopleSoft applications: Financials, HCM/Payroll, CRM, or HCM/Pension. Experience must include configuring and supporting all components (including PeopleTools); migrating objects; applying maintenance packs, bundles, and tax updates; and applying fixes. Two or more years of experience with the installation, administration, and use of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM). Seven or more years of experience in configuring and maintaining integration broker gateway, queues, routings, and application messages for internal and external integrations. Seven or more years of experience with implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (including Weblogic and Tuxedo or similar tools) in an UNIX environment. Seven or more years of experience in configuring web servers, application servers and process schedulers. Participated in at least one upgrade of PeopleSoft HCM, CRM, Financials or Pension applications where the candidate was responsible for downloading patches, applying maintenance packs and Tax Updates, using change assistance, and performing several tests moves to production. Two or more years of experience using PUM upgrade methodology and creating PUM servers using Virtual Box or Native OS. Five years of experience supporting an Oracle PeopleSoft implementation of a retirement benefit administration program. Experience Oracle Policy Administration Integration with PeopleSoft. Experience Oracle UPK/Knowledge Center Installation/Configuration. Experience FileNet Integration with PeopleSoft. Experience Identity Proofing and Multi-Factor authentication integration with PeopleSoft. Experience conducting disaster recovery testing for a PeopleSoft retirement benefit administration system. Experience PeopleSoft on OCI. Experience in IBM Rational administration and upgrade. Experience with ESP job scheduler. Experience developing and implementing PeopleSoft security roles and permission lists. Experience troubleshooting application configurations. Experience writing SQL queries and shell scripts. Experience configuring and maintaining a PeopleSoft Interaction Hub/Portal including configuring unified navigation. Experience using migration/version control software (Phire). Participated in at least two upgrades or installs of PeopleSoft applications. Experience tuning applications within PeopleSoft Internet Architecture; PeopleSoft Process Scheduler; PeopleSoft Application Engine and PeopleSoft Integration Broker. Experience in monitoring PeopleSoft performance. Experience in detecting, analyzing, and resolving PeopleSoft application and performance problems. Experience using and analyzing PeopleSoft traces.
