Agile Methodologies: ability to work in Scrum/POD/ Feature Teams. Tools I Technical Skills: we need to hire both group 1 and 2 skills. Group 1: Selenium, BOD Cucumber, Gherkin knowledge required. Group 2: Python, API Payload required. Both group 1 and 2 should have experience of working in JIRA i.e., writing stories, creating technical tasks I sub task. Communication: ability to coordinate with team members across systems and teams i.e. Tech AD, Tech QA, Scrum Master, BAs. Reporting: should be able to provide progress updates on calls, and through emails. Product Knowledge: Prior knowledge of working in Financial Services is required, and Payments will be an added advantage.
