Lead experience is must have **Job Description:** An experienced Java Technical Backend Lead with a strong background in Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Kafka, Mongo DB, and expertise in fixing architecture issues. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading the development team, ensuring the robustness and scalability of our backend systems, and addressing any architectural challenges that may arise. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Technical Leadership:** - Providing technical guidance and expertise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives. 2. **Architecture Design and Improvement:** - Design, develop, and enhance the overall architecture of client backend systems. - Identify and address architecture issues, ensuring the scalability, performance, and maintainability of the application. 3. **Microservices Development:** - Lead the development of Microservices-based applications. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Microservices architecture. 4. **Technology Stack:** - Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB. - Proficient in designing and implementing Microservices-based solutions. 5. **Problem Solving:** - Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the backend systems. - Implement effective solutions to address architectural challenges and improve system performance. 6. **Collaboration:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions. 7. **Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:** - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. - Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within the development lifecycle. **Requirements:** 1.
