Role : Senior Consultant Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Lead Location: Remote Description As a Senior Consultant at client, you will lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM's Core HR module. Your focus will be on aligning clients' business requirements with solution designs and implementing leading practices. As the Core HR lead, you are also required to collaborate with other module leads as needed to ensure the right solution for clients. Experience More than 8- 10 years of experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM projects. Functional Expertise (Skillset) Excellent working knowledge in Core HCM and Security configuration Proficient in data conversion and leading integrations with the technical team Experienced in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and solution implementation Skilled in leading requirement gathering and testing sessions Proficient in Configuration/Solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment Experienced in creating and delivering training plans and documents for clients and internal teams Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field Ability to solve problems and work independently Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage tasks Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal team members Responsibilities Perform the following activities for Clients HCM implementation projects: Project Delivery and Solutioning Gain a deep understanding of business requirements and use it to guide solution development, while keeping a broad perspective on implementation strategy Engage in discussions with stakeholders across various teams to drive the development of effective solutions Offer clear direction to enable the definition, management, and delivery of solutions Design and configure system enhancements to meet evolving needs and requirements Create project deliverables to ensuring high quality and completeness Oracle Roadmap Stay up-to-date with upcoming features and the roadmap of Oracle HCM, ensuring that Client team and clients are informed of any new developments Proactively communicate new features, patches, known issues, and other updates to our clients in a timely and effective manner to ensure that they are fully informed and prepared Continuously monitor and research the latest trends and best practices in Oracle HCM and related fields to advise our clients on the best solutions for their unique needs and goals Thanks with Regards... ...
