Position: Human Exploitation Compliance Control Analyst Location: 2-3 days Hybrid in New York, NY Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Requirements & Qualifications: Identify priority controls for testing Map controls to issues and remediations Evaluate issues identified and proposed remediations for sufficiency Identify and prioritize legal risks and theories of liability Evaluate policy, investigations, operations and intel teams efforts to mitigate legal risk Review XFN project proposals for legal guidance Track legal guidance given to XFN teams Draft updates to leadership on progress and guidance given Develop leadership briefing materials Develop communications to non-lawyers on the Hex Compliance Program Collaborate with other teams, including legal, policy and product to align strategies and share information Bachelors degree (Masters degree a plus) 3 10 years of Compliance experience Knowledge of SESTA/FOSTA, TVPA and other relevant statutes applicable to online content Knowledge of Compliance lifecycle including: risk assessments, controls, issues and remediations, validation processes and internal audits Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to document complex requirements in support of technology change initiatives Experience working in high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork environment Strong business relationship management and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and techniques, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms Ability to write clear, concise, and direct narrative and reports A positive, team-oriented and collaborative attitude, flexibility, an understanding of the business issues driving the need for the project, and solid work ethic are expected Keywords: New York |
