The Finance Applications Lead collaborates with business management and users to understand and support day-to-day and future business needs. Main responsibilities include the FICO and Group Reporting modules within SAP S/4HANA and its ancillary systems (SAP BPC, Power Plan, etc.) This is a hands-on role that includes working with the business to develop/update application roadmaps, identify solutions to new business needs, support projects, drive enhancements that generate business value, and analyze and troubleshoot software issues. This role designs, configures, tests, and implements SAP system changes. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or relevant technical field 7 years minimum experience supporting, implementing, and designing financial software applications in an SAP ERP environment. Familiarity with SAP FI/GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-OM, Group Reporting, and integration points with other business processes and applications. Advanced knowledge of SAP setup and configuration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
