Develop IAM strategies and roadmaps to ensure security and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business needs. Implement and configure IAM solutions, including role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies to continuously improve IAM solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on IAM best practices and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture and design. Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices. Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, and GCP IAM. Experience with IAM integration with other cloud services and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
