About the job In this role you will be designing architecture best practices, common applications components, and working with business areas as well as Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Security compliance teams to design applications. We need your leadership, agility, courage, strong communication skills, passion for learning, resilience and self-awareness. Analyze technology environment and create solution prototypes Drive consultations with internal customers to understand business and technical requirements for projects. Convey technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical people. Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the modernization space Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations Problem-solve, prioritize, and manage projects using Agile methodology Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables.
