The person will be leading the OneS4 Procurement implementation They already have Ariba experts so NOT looking for that expertise client needs end to end process redesign in procurement and then S4Hana experience focusing again a lot on procurement experience The role of the SAP procurement lead involves overseeing the implementation and rollout of the OneS4 solutions related to procurement processes across the countries in scope for Release 3. This role is expected to lead and provide directions to the team to ensure successful implementation of the global AP solution for indirect procurement while considering the country specific localizations. Part II - Key Responsibilities Core responsibilities include: Responsible and accountable for implementation of the procurement process in Ariba and OneS4 across all countries in R3 scope leads the design sessions to ensure robustness of the global procurement process and localization as needed by the countries Acts as the single point of contact for indirect procurement both within OneS4 and other teams Accountable for the Business Process Design (BPD), Key Design Descision (KDD) and localization requirements user stories during the explore phase of the project Accountable for providing requirements for detailed design for the gaps identified during localization and review and approval of the build of those gaps Accountable for providing input to the test and training team for their respective deliverables Accountable for coaching and providing input to the cutover and deployment team on the business cutover during go-live of different regions Manages the indirect procurement process team and provides day to day guidance to the team Accountabilities Deliver global rollout of the R2P solution across all countries in scope for Release 3 Align on roadmap priorities for Release 3 and drive implementation of the roadmap Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure individual and team deliverables are completed as per timeline People Management: Empower people to act with speed, agility, and accountability enabling them to achieve their goals Make decisions and take actions based on a global and/or enterprise-wide mindset that adds value across the organization Promote the work environment that leverages diverse perspectives, backgrounds and talent to generate innovative ideas or solutions, challenge the status quo, leads and adapts to change Create a trusting, collaborative, and ethical work environment that positively contributes to employee engagement and retention Syed Rizvi E: [email protected] ____________________________________________ Parin Technologies LLC | https://www.parintec.com/ 111 Town Square Place, Suite 1203, Jersey City, NJ 07310 , USA We are an E-Verify and Equal Employment Opportunity Employer with adherence to EEO policy Keywords: materials management golang New Jersey |
