Experience in HR business processes. Prior delivery lead or program management experience working in complex global environments. Experience working in matrixed organizations. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Hands-on configuration experience in both on-prem and cloud environments Experience working on technical aspects of the program including but not limited to data migration, complex interfaces, and architecture. Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior members of the organization including steering committee members and sponsors.
