Work with customers to troubleshoot reported issues. Provide system administration support. Must be able and willing to work weekends and evenings to support on-call responsibilities as needed is required. Required Experience & Skills Five yearssoftware engineering experience including code development, scripting, workflow and data mapping. Five years mainframe support experience:COBOL, IMS (DB), DB2, CICS, JCL Advanced computer system skills including use of word processing, databases, and spreadsheets. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or as a team member. Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. |
