From: ANIL, CDI Solutions Inc anil@cdisolutionsinc.com Reply to: anil@cdisolutionsinc.com Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Experience : 10+Years Location : San Jose , California (Need Locals) No Remote Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migration. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of code delivered by the development team. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems. - Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. - Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are required. - Salesforce Certified Application Architect is a plus.
