We have an Urgent Requirement For Job Title: 33211-1 - Analyst/Developer - General 3 / SharePoint Site Administrator Location: Nashville, TN (Initially remote, then Hybrid) Duration: 6 months Positions Contributions to Work Group: As an Analyst/Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the "PRM" application developed by UMT360. PRM is based on O365 products, and your contributions will involve manual updates to PRM, entry of IS-driven projects, updating ROM sizes, resource plans, and monthly SOW cost uploads. The role includes interaction with the team through training sessions, weekly meetings, and communication via email. Reason/Motivation for Request: This position is a backfill role to ensure the smooth continuation of operations related to the PRM application. Typical Task Breakdown: Manual updates to PRM. Entry of IS-driven projects. Updating ROM sizes for all projects after sizing exercises. Updating PRM for projects after slotting exercises. Updating resource plans prior to project kick-offs. Manual upload of SOW costs for projects on a monthly basis. Interaction with Team: Initial training sessions. 2 or 3 weekly meetings. Communication via email for meetings. Work Environment: Fast-paced initially, requiring adaptability and efficiency. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training preferred. 5-7 years of experience required. Open to 7+ years of experience with no associated degree. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles. Basic knowledge of computer software, including Adobe, Java, SQL, etc. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including PowerBI, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint site administration, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Soft Skills: Verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.
