Great communication Responsibilities: Own the entirety of SAP Field Service Management Handle configurations and re-configurations of certain items in SAP. Lead SAP FSM training sessions. Handle knowledge transfer for SAP FSM Handle high level design and roadmap of implementation. Post-live support of the SAP FSM implementation Be the expert on SAP FSM for the team.
