Duties will include the following: - Completion of risk assessments, system security plans, and business impact analyses. - Creation of policies and procedures surrounding the risk assessment processes. Fill the skill matrix below: Skill Required/Desired Amount Candidate's No. of years of experience Experience completing Business Impact Analyses, Risk Assessments, and system security plans Required 10 Strong experience with and knowledge of information systems security principles. Required 10 Extensive experience applying Commonwealth of Virginia information security standards such as SEC 501, SEC 525, SEC 520 and SEC 530 or NIST Risk Mgmt Highly desired 10 Experience developing organizational level programs, policies, and procedures. Required 10 Strong experience leading the business and IT resources through the discovery and documentation of risks, controls, and business impacts. Required 10 Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Required 10 Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with system owners, data owners, system administrators, and other stakeholders. Required 10 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to simplify and succinctly communicate complex issues to multiple audiences Required 10 Ability to lead others to implement new approaches, systems, structures, and methods. Required 10 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, both within VSP and externally. Required 10 Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. Required 10 Ability to deal with ambiguous situations, complex concepts and details. Required 10 Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently. Not Required 10 Fluency in configuration management tools such as Archer and Microsoft office. Required 10 Must submit to and pass VSP background check. Required Must be prepared to work in person.
