| From: jayaprakash, kksoftwareassociates.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: WORKDAY TESTING ANALYST Location:Jersey City, NJ I onsite Duration: 12+Months ONLY H1B PASSPORT NUMBER IS MANDAYTORY we can work w2 also About the Role In this role, you will support BetMGM in our Workday implementation and prioritization of our Workday roadmap through partnership with existing Workday Technology Partners on the People Team, and collaboration with BetMGM People Team COEs, IT and Payroll teams to realize Workdays full potential. You will also participate in User Acceptance Testing and support the development and delivery of communications and training for projects and initiatives. You will be implementing and sustaining Workday Core HCM and other modules such as Talent Management, Recruiting, Workday Help and integrations. We will be looking to you to provide guidance on best practice design decisions. Responsibilities Support ongoing Workday implementation, optimization, and adoption Identify areas for improvement in both the processes and systems; continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices Test Workday systems and business requirements, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation projects. Test system enhancements and release upgrades Partner effectively with all stakeholders including HR functional areas, payroll, IS, and external consultants Develop and maintain documentation on Workday system testing. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday implementation projects. Act as subject matter and configuration expert for Workday HCM, partnering closely with HR Operations and other functional areas Test security and roles for Workday accesses Identify and recommend opportunities to build efficiencies through enhanced system capabilities and automation Qualifications 5+ years experience with Workday. 3+ years of Workday Testing experience. Preference will be given to candidates with Workday Certification Experience with implementation of Workday for mid-sized organizations Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred Excellent organization, time management, written and verbal communication skills Should possess analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, testing and training skills. 4693253594 [email protected] Keywords: information technology wtwo New Jersey |
